Meditation can help with Cognitive Impairment

According to Medical News Today, research done at Wake Forest Baptist Health In North Caroline showed a link between mindfulness meditation and signs of improved measures of cognition in adults with mild cognitive impairment. The researchers put participants in two different groups.
